I specialise in supporting women through trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief, and patterns of self-abandonment.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by your past or stuck in patterns that keep repeating, I offer a safe and supportive space to talk things through, make sense of your experiences, and start to feel more in control again

Together, we look at what you're still carrying—whether it’s pain, self-doubt, or the belief that your needs don’t matter. We gently identify these lingering burdens and use evidence-based techniques to begin releasing them, helping you manage anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and low self-confidence. This process allows you to move forward with greater clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of self-worth.

We’ll also explore the parts of your story that have felt heavy—so you can rebuild a stronger sense of self, develop emotional resilience, and reconnect with your inner strength. This often includes boundary work, soothing the inner critic, and learning to prioritise your needs without guilt.

 

I also support women navigating the deep pain of bereavement—whether your grief is recent or something you’ve quietly carried for years. You're not alone in this.
